Howdy! This month we are celebrating Garabedian Properties’ 25th (+1) year in business. That’s right, time may have passed us by, but we’re still here and stronger than ever!
First, let me say a huge thank you to all of our professional partners, Homeowners, colleagues, and Team Garabedian for all the love and support over the past 26 years. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today – building homes that turn dreams into reality.
Now, I know what you’re thinking – “How can building homes be fulfilling for over 25 years?” Well, let me tell you, it’s all about the little things. Like the feeling you get when you hand over the keys to an Owner’s dream home, or when you see the look of joy on a child’s face as they run around their new backyard. It’s those moments that make it all worth it.
Of course, it’s not all unicorns and rainbows. We’ve had our fair share of challenges over the years – from ice storms to 5” rain events, from supply chain issues to rising interest rates, from inflation to labor shortages. There is always something that creates havoc with our perfectly arranged schedules. But we’ve always persevered, and that’s all thanks to the amazing Team G here at Garabedian Properties. Having a bag of jellybeans at the ready also helps. Seriously, this team is always ready to tackle any problem that comes their way, and we appreciate their hard work.
So, here’s to 25 (+1) years of building homes and making memories! We couldn’t have done it without all of you, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds. Who knows, maybe in another 25 years we’ll be celebrating our 50 (+1) year anniversary! But let’s not get ahead of ourselves – for now, let’s just celebrate and enjoy the moment.
