The holidays are over and it is back to the grind stone. After weeks of eating, family and football we are getting back into gear for 2024. We have completed homes available for families right now and several more progressing.
We are tracking several new communities with sites available for new homes in the region (Keller, North Richland Hills & Westlake). We are working on some other projects we look forward to sharing in the coming months as well.
Several large renovation projects are wrapping up and we have other families reaching out for help on new projects. With available home sites more difficult to find, many families are choosing to stay in their existing home and renovate/update it. Our Renovation Group can help with these projects.
We welcome several new families to our Estate Management Program. Our Home Care program allows you to relax and enjoy your home while our team take care of most all necessary tasks (sorry we don’t do laundry).
Team G Gives was a big success. Below in this email update you will see a summary of which great organizations our Team choose for this year’s donations.
This coming week will be a very cold one here in North Texas. Please take care to protect your home from the hard freeze. If you need a refresher on how to prepare you home, watch this video on how to protect / turn off your water if you have a broken water line. For all of our Estate Management Owners and Tenants, we will be monitoring for emergency messages 24/7 during this weather event.
