Carpenter/Handy Man

Job Requirements

  • Responsibilities – Light carpentry, hardware installation, general repairs, light electrical, warranty service and the like. Field services for our Estate Management Services division. Assist our new construction team with projects. Crew leader for self performing tasks on our projects.
  • Required Skills – Carpentry, general handy man services, working knowledge of assortment of tools, light electrical.
  • Preferred Skills – Welding, bobcat operation. Construction and blue print knowledge.
  • Applicant Requirements – Be able to pass a background check, drug tests and/or be bondable. Have reliable truck.

Construction Superintendent

Job Requirements

  • Responsibilities – Help oversee high end construction projects with/for Project Manager. Interact with Professional Partners (trades) and make sure they have materials required to perform tasks. Confirm appointments. Handle general tasks related to our Estate Management Services division. Our hope would to develop this person into a Project Manager.
  • Required Skills – Knowledge of residential construction including building codes, blue print reading, site safety and trade interaction. Must be able to interact with our Owners (clients). Polite, Professional & Persistent.
  • Preferred Skills – Knowledge of residential construction. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Carpentry and general handy man skills. Familiarity with BuilderTrend and other online project management software.
  • Applicant Requirements – Be able to pass a background check, drug tests and/or be bondable. Have reliable truck.
