One of our Owners had an invoice that charged double for a HVAC coolant replacement. Most of our Owner’s billing is the same every month, and unless there was a malfunction with the AC itself, the billing should have stayed the same.

This particular invoice came in at nearly $600, which immediately raised a red flag. When we saw the bill come in, we noticed it and took action immediately. We notified our Owners that we would have a technician come and check the levels to determine whether this was an overcharge or not.
