Garabedian Properties and our affiliates regularly purchase properties across various markets. If you’re considering selling, we’re open to reviewing your property. Here is a summary of properties we are interested in:

  • Single family homes in Tarrant or Denton Counties.  Prefer on large lots or small acreage.  Fixer uppers are preferred.
  • Residential lots or acreage in Tarrant, Denton, Collin Counties.  Acreage ideally should be on or close to major thoroughfares with utilities close by.
  • Industrial properties/land in Tarrant, Denton, Collin, Dallas Counties.  Zoning in place with utilities.  We do not mind vacant or properties that require maintenance or repairs.
  • Select commercial properties land in Tarrant, Denton, Collin Counties. Zoning in place with utilities.  We do not mind vacant or properties that require maintenance or repairs.

We prefer zoning already in place or county located properties, however we can secure zoning if necessary. We are always happy to visit with a property owner or their representative on properties not noted above, so please contact us. We may also facilitate a trade-in of a property toward a new custom or luxury home.
