Garabedian Properties creates one of a kind custom, luxury and estate homes, and Uniqueness..”Built-In”^SM has become synonymous with our name. Your experience of building a home with Garabedian Properties will be like no other. We spend countless hours with our families designing each home from the foundation up. Your home will be unique to your family. We never duplicate a plan or build the same home twice. There are no "stock" or existing plans to thumb through. You will work with an architect designer that will listen to what you want and design home for you.

Uniqueness..”Built-In” ^SM is also our design philosophy on the architectural elements. We are consistently looking for cost effective ways to offer unique and different elements and features to our homes. Our full time designer will work with you through every stage of the process to insure you can blend your desires and budget into your dream home.

Full time designer

All our families will have access to a full time designer, who will work with all our homeowners in every aspect of the home construction process because selecting elements for your home can be overwhelming. Our designer will guide you through the process and keep you on target with your budget and your design style. We offer this as part of our program and there is no additional charge or cost associated with having our designer work with you through every selection in the home building process.

We provide information

We are proactive builders. We provide you with information on the choices you wish to make so you can evaluate the pros and cons of your selections. If we feel you are missing an opportunity we will offer you options. If we feel you may be making a decision without considering all the consequences, we will give you alternatives to consider.

Professional certifications and continuing education

As the first Tarrant County builder to receive a Texas Star Builder designation from the Texas Residential Construction Commission, we continue to receive independent third party and professional confirmation of our dedication and professionalism. The Texas Star designation along with the Certified Master Builder and Graduate Master Builder designations illustrate our dedication to offering customer service and the continuing of our education.

Builders at heart

Our experience and knowledge come from personally learning this industry from the production side of the business. Pouring foundations, working with framers, inspecting plumbing, reviewing specifications on materials, making repairs and reading blue prints. If you ask why certain concrete mixes are stronger than others we can answer. If you want a builder to be able to look at a framed house and identify areas that require additional structural support, we do that as part of the building process. If you want a builder who can give you cost benefits on different selections and explain why one may be better suited for your family that is part of our conversations with every homeowner. If you want a builder who has his superintendent or himself watch every foundation pour, we not only do that but often you can find us in the foundation working alongside the crews to make sure the pour proceeds as designed.

Building value

We pride ourselves on working with our homeowners to offer value in the choices they make. We have a host of energy efficient features including many that other builders never offer or even consider. We encourage our homeowners to use roofing that qualifies as hail resistant which can save them up to 35% on their homeowner's insurance and often eliminate the need to file an expensive hail damage claim if a storm does hit their home. We can also offer insights to features and amenities that can lower your insurance costs and/or provide additional security and comfort to your family. We will work with our homeowners to decide which features offer the best value and return on investment for their housing dollars.
