This guarded and gated community offers a one of a kind lifestyle for the D/FW area. Discovery Land Company has designed 287 homes on 425 acres to be surrounded by a Tom Fazio designed private golf club which will be owned by its members. Site sizes range from 1/2 to over 3 acres for the estate homes. Estate prices will begin at $3 million with some sites suitable for projects of larger scale. The club is an invitation only, private equity golf club limited to a maximum of 385 golf members. Membership is expected to be limited to community property owners only for the immediate future.
