Business Development

Job Description

We are looking a special internally motivated individual to help represent our companies at events, meetings and gatherings which we would not otherwise be able to attend.

This position would be to reach out to select communities and individuals who may appreciate working with Garabedian Properties and developing those contacts into contractual relationships.

Our companies which would require representation include; custom homes, luxury/estate homes, renovations, commercial/investment contracting and real estate development.

We are seeking to grow our client base in our existing markets as we expand our geographical territory.

All applicants are to be 21 years or older, current Texas Drivers License and have a late model dependable vehicle. College degrees are preferred.

Having a strong working knowledge of real estate, construction and/or marketing luxury brands would be a strong positive.

Marketing, prospecting and networking skills are significant skill sets required for this position.

This position will require the individual to be able to communicate effectively and knowledgeably with well established individuals, interact in a variety of social circumstances, understand social networking/marketing, have strong conversational/speaking skills, be versed in unconventional marketing campaigns, represent the value system of Garabedian Properties,


Compensation

Based is incentive based only with a bonus system connected to productivity and effectiveness. Hours are flexible and based upon events, opportunities and marketing programs.

Marketing & Sales Position

Job Description

We are looking for one special person to handle marketing and sales duties for our companies.

This position will entail overseeing the in home marketing program, literature distribution, web site management, marketing material development, production, media campaigns, special events, Realtor & Developer liaison, and other such activities.

This position is more about marketing and branding than sales and closing although selling homes will be an aspect of the position. Must have a reliable late model vehicle and be able to work under pressures and time lines. The ideal individual would be high energy, quick thinking, and able to multi task.

All applicants are to be 18 years or older. This position will require the individual to be able to lift heavy items, operate basic power towels, adhere to instructions to the letter and be a self starter who is able to work without supervision. Full time position may be available to individual who performs well. This could be an entry position into a construction management career.


Compensation

Pay is a base salary with bonuses paid on sales and a gas card. Hours will be full time with weekend responsibilities (opening & closing houses).

Intern Helper Position

Job Description

We will be hiring one intern/helper position to assist with the construction of new homes. This position will involved running errands, supervising workers, cleaning up sites, securing construction material and working with superintendent and builder to construct luxury homes. The person who fills this position will have an opportunity to learn residential construction from the front lines.

Must have reliable late model truck and current valid Texas Drivers License.

All applicants are to be 18 years or older. This position will require the individual to be able to lift heavy items, operate basic power towels, adhere to instructions to the letter and be a self starter who is able to work without supervision. Full time position may be available to individual who performs well. This could be an entry position into a construction management career.

Compensation

Pay is hourly with a gas card. Hours can vary to accommodate student schedules. Perfect for a college student.

Administrative Assistant/
Office Manager

Job Description

A dynamic, prestigious family owned luxury home builder in Northeast Tarrant County is seeking a flex time/part time administrative assistant/office manager. This person will posses excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, ethical and professional attitude.

General Tasks may include;

Managing our web portals, updating subcontractor files, producing marketing materials, documenting bids/estimates, filing, scanning, general office duties and administrative operational duties.

Strong computer and grammar/writing skills are a necessity.

The work environment is professional and intense but somewhat informal and would NOT be considered a typical corporate office environment.

Compensation

This is an hourly part time/flex time position. Pay is based upon experience and skill sets. Scheduling can be flexible, however time lines for projects/tasks are tight and firm.


Position Scope and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the President, the Administrative Assistant manages the office area to ensure effective telephone, social media and mail communication, both internally and externally, has exemplary phone etiquette, a pleasant personality, enthusiasm, maintains a professional image and supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Residential Or Commercial Construction Superintendent

Position Scope and Responsibilities:

This position involves job site supervision, warranty work, overseeing care of finished properties, make readies, support to existing staff, communication with sub contractors, implementing instructions from company's principal, quality control, customer service, loss prevention and general construction supervision duties.

We have projects in the works that will require full time on site supervision. Requirements will be to oversee crews, execute instructions, mitigate losses due to theft and waste and handle risk management issues on site during construction. This position's start date has yet to be determined.

Growth opportunities in both pay and responsibilities are available as we grow.

Compensation

These are full time positions. Pay is based upon experience, projects managed and skill sets.

In House Project Administrator

We are seeking a professional to manage our software systems, bids/estimates, purhcase orders, receiving payables and back office adminstration of our projects.

Other tasks include documenting subcontrator's insurance policies, updating and documenting subcontractor contracts, archiving files tracking estimates/bids, and other similar administrative duties connected with construction and real estate investments.

Must have strong software/computer skills. Knowledge of construction terms and procedures is very helpful but would consider training the right person.

Compensation

This is a flex time/full time position. Pay is based upon experience and skill sets.

Able to comply with back ground checks, drug screenings, provide references and be bondable.
Previous construction experience is required.
Commercial or Luxury construction experience are desired.
